MaxTraffic is GDPR-ready

MaxTraffic does not store or collect IP addresses or data about location, therefore we do not have any particular identifier available to associate it with natural person.

Personal data is considered any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual. Different pieces of information, which collected together can lead to the identification of a particular person, also constitute personal data.

According to GDPR (30) Natural persons may be associated with online identifiers provided by their devices, applications, tools and protocols, such as internet protocol addresses, cookie identifiers or other identifiers such as radio frequency identification tags. This may leave traces which, in particular when combined with unique identifiers and other information received by the servers, may be used to create profiles of the natural persons and identify them.

The only way for MaxTraffic to store or collect personal data would be if You provided such to us, within API option or on banners, where You request clients to submit e-mails, phone numbers and other data (for which You are obliged to be in lines with GDPR requirements to have a legal ground to process such data – which in this case is consent).
